Stealth Keyword Competition Analyzer Review

Have you heard about Stealth Keyword Competition Analyzer? This is the keyword reseach software review I promised you earlier today. If you don’t want to read because you already know what it does but still need a recommendation from a buyer and user then here it is: Buy it.

(I’m really sorry, this review should have been posted yesterday but I had plenty things going on at the same time. Review was written though but I wanted to add screenshots)

Stealth Keyword Competition Analyzer Review

I would really wanted to do this a video a review but it’s been a while since my microphone is dead and I didn’t replace it. Anyway, I could show you how to use it, but the videos on the sales page do it just fine.

Plain simply, the software works, really. It delivers what it claims so regarding the functionality or technical question, there is nothing to say. I’ll tell you the ONLY problem I got which was solved by Alex Safie, the owner the same day I asked, and it was a Sunday…

But… How it works?

Well the principle behind Stealth Keyword Competition Analyzer (SKCA for short), is quite simple. You enter your list of keyword that you just downloaded from the Google Adwords Keyword Tool and you hit start so it perform analysis on your keywords.

You should activate the Cost Per Click column, and select if you want broad, phrase or exact match. I always choose exact. You may need to be logged in to activate the CPC, I don’t remember. Anyway one you have your keyword list returned, download it as CSV (not CSV for Excel), and then import it into STKA. It will ask you if you want to import the Global or Local search count.

Once you hit start the software will check out the competition for each keyword according to several factors. These are explained in the bonus report called “Cutting Edge Keyword Research”, which contains even more tips to make your keyword selection even better and guarantees easy rankings.

 Stealth Keyword Competition Analyzer

Actually everything the software does can be done manually. But when you have hundreds of keywords, you really want to use the power of automation. In addition to your imported datas from Google keyword tool (keyword, search volume, CPC), SKCA then tells you the following.

Number of Competing Pages: these are the number of results when you search your keyword in quotes. Even if buyers or searchers are typing without quotes, this tells you the number of pages which contains exactly your keyword as you entered it.

Real competing pages: Something you want to pay attention. This number is much lower, but doesn’t mean it’s easy to rank. This number is the real number of pages Google displays in its result. Indeed, while Google tells you about a number of competing pages, it will not show you them all. Even if you want to go to the last page of results. This trick is explined in the bonus report:

Type a keyword in Google and hit search, then at the end of your address bar add “&start=990″, this will force Google to show you results from the 990 result. Example with the keyword “weight loss” BEFORE adding this tag:

SKCA Screenshot

You can see there are about 300 millions of results. After adding the tag we can read this at the bottom of the page:

SKCA Review

At this point Google knows there is no real reason to display even more results. They are certainly similar and less relevant to your search term. So you get the message above. You can also see we’re on page 89, so even before the 990 to 1000 results page.

In this example, Google considers 890 results are well enough competing pages: this is what Stealth Keyword Competiton Analyzer puts in the Real Competing Pages column (892, which you’ll agree is very close).

The other columns are quite self explanatory, Competition Strenght, Average PR (for page 1), PR strenght, Competition, Commercial (does it have commercial intent), Ads count (number of AdWords ads on first page) and the keyword rating.

SKCA is really cool because it will tell you what keywords are Amazing. This is the highest rating the tool gives:

Terrible, Bad, Good, Great and Amazing.

So the best keywords to go for are the one that met all the criteria, buyer keywords with a high search volume, high CPC that you can easily rank for. Wait a minute… That’s exactly what we want! And actually the only thing we want to know about.

Now, you don’t have to only focus on Amazing keywords, but Great keywords are certainly worth a look too. Also watch those with low and very low competition whican be useful to suck a bit of traffic too.

Now of course, your results will depend on the keywords you got from Google Adwords tool and that you imported in first place. But I truly recommend you don’t only shot for keywords with thousands of searches per month. Actually, you will find those with a Amazing rating. But there are also so many more keywords with low search volume that will anyway bring you tons of traffic, because you can target much more of those.

So yes, in any niche you’re in, you will find, 20 or even 50 amazing keywords. You don’t have to limit your website around one seed keyword you entered in the AdWords tool. For example, you can enter the seed keyword internet marketing in the AdWords Tool, then import it in SKCA and it gives you 15 amazing keywords. Do it again, this time starting with affiliate marketing, and one more time with make money online, or keyword research, search engine optimization, etc.

You get the point. With this software you can get all the keywords you need to build an authority website that will make you money faster because you will rank faster, and more easily.

Okay so now, what was the problem I got with this software?

Well… It didn’t import the data from the CSV I downloaded. Yeah, I couldn’t use it I thought. So I just reported this issue to Alex, who solved this super quickly. I just had to change the language in AdWords. Indeed, the software imports datas from the CSV columns, which are supposed to be in English. Since I’m using the french version my CSV was in french and the tool didn’t know where to put the datas. It still keeps the CPC in my own currency (Euro, so it’s even more in Dollars).

So, yeah, this software works, and it rocks. Quite frankly, there are many keyword research softwares out there and if you’re happy with yours then fine. But I also know some much more expensive tools get quite buggy. This one is simple and just tells you what keywords are worth it. A huge time saver and you don’t need really more options or features when yo want to rank for a keyword.

Another thing I almost forgot, the software can tell you if the exact match domain is available (for .com, .net and .org). It is of course useful when you’re doing niche marketing and want your exact match domain for a buying keyword. This helps in SEO and nice this feature has been added.

Then the other features at the bottom are the proxies support, great if you have tons of keywords and may do your analysis faster instead of only using your ip.

And the other button which is interesting is the “Trends” one. One factor that is taken into account by many is the upward trend of a keyword. Alex added this because it’s one of the factor he uses in his keyword selection, this is useful again because if a keyword has a climbing trend, then it may certainly receive more traffic in the future and you will want to rank early for this one. And if its trend gets down, then maybe that niche, or product isn’t as popular as it was and may be not worth the effort. This is another great addition that reinforce the purpose of SKCA: giving you the best keywords to target and get traffic from.

I think the next step for me would be to run a case study on building a website selecting the keywords given by Stealth Keyword Competition Analyzer.

Okay, if you can see the value and power in SKCA, then do yourself a favor: buy it now.

If you want to stop wasting your time and only choose the right golden nuggets for your promotion material, blogging or any other content work, then get Stealth Keyword Competition Analyzer.

Automated Link Building Solutions

Okay, so yesterday I posted about an internet marketing plan, which is more about link building in a natural way. What I wanted to show was that there are some links that most people would never make to another site. For example, you will not create a press release for social bookmark. Today I want to talk about link building again, but the automated way.

So what are the automated backlink creation solutions out there. Well there are just so many to choose from. This may be a problem though since a lot may only give you one source, I mean one link type. For example, and article distribution software will only get you links from article directories. Your goal is to get a wide variety of source, and also to get those links indexed so you also need to create backlinks to these backlinks.

You then have the choice in choosing multiple softwares or services, or outsource different tasks to SEO experts. Even if you get a software that gets you a variety of links, it may not cover everything you would like. But still, owning such tools or subscribing to various services can really save you time and make you more money. You can’t physically maintain multiple URLs and keywords rankings, and at the same time write content, or create videos and so on.

You can do it on your own, but you will have to invest more time. It may be frustrating and during that time, you’re not getting cash into the bank. OF course if you only have one site to focus on, this is another stor, however building authority sites also requires effort. Sidenote: Viral marketing, social networks may be your friends. Indeed, without link building, you can build a fan community and still receive traffic, sales and commissions. So explore that route too.

Automated Link Building Solutions

Okay, that was kind of a long introduction for that post. Now let’s get to the meat, what Automated link building solutions you may want to have a look to. I principally want to discuss tools that can bring you link diversity from one place.

Blog Networks

Well, I’ve already mentioned some here. And I really think these provide powerful link juice. Of course I haven’t tried them all, and I’m currently runing a test with the Link Juicer before I certainly switch to Build My Rank. Build My Rank would be the one I recommend the most from my observations. There are many more out there (Unique Article Wizard, My Article Network, Seo Link Vine, Article Ranks, SEO Blueprint).

SEO Softwares

Again here, there are so many to list that it is quite impossible to give them one and only definitive software name. However, I’m quite sure, many of you have heard about SENuke X. This is a software that can build backlinks from diverse type of sites, and interlink those. So you can get links from social bookmars, article directories, social networks, web 2.0 profiles and more.

It is not the only one to do so. SE Nuke X may have the advantage of an easier interface and a wizard that takes care of most of the technical stuff. I don’t use it though, at $127 per month it wasn’t for me. I think there’s even a one time fee, for something over $2000.

I chose aother solution. I have SEO Link Robot, which does the same thing, without the wizard and I got it at the time it was a one time fee. $157 I think, don’t remember exactly. It’s now $47 per month, or $227 per year, or or a one time fee of $347. There’s also a Lite version of SEOLR for those who don’t need all functions.

SEO Link Robot submits to web 2.0 sites, article directories, social bookmarking, rss feeds, ping sites, press releases sites.

Now softwares like this need to be constantly updated because they post to other sites that they don’t control. So when an article directory or a social bookmarking site changes its scripts or interface, it fails to post. I have to say it’s not necessearily a deal breaker. I still get updates often and if a post doesn’t get through I can live with it.

Just like every tool out there. You need to use it to make it work for you. Using it for a few days to see if it works and then stop will not bring a lot of results. So really, once you invest in such tools, you must use those regularly so they pay for your investment, especially if they have reccuring fees! Another solution is to purchase a license and outsource the use to a virtual assistant.

There is another tool that is more recent and that I saw popping few months ago, it’s IMSlave, it really looks exactly the same as SEO Link Robot. They say it is more white hat. Well I don’t know if it’s true, I guess it’s how you use your tools that make it white hat or not. It may have different sites it posts to. Can’t talk much about it since I don’t use it but it’s a one time fee of $127. Maybe worth a try.

SEO Services

These services include several things done for you. You just give them what they require and they will post content and links a bit everywhere. They have all their own strategy, link pyramids mixing and interlinking web 2.0, bookmarks, articles, and other types of links.

These can be very useful, and you can get a time shot or a monthly service. It really depends on how you see your SEO strategy and how you have set a budget.

I already mentioned in an earlier post LinkBytes.net. They have a package I foud on WickedFire forums, the SERP Power Booster. For under $40 bucks it is a great deal. They have more, including a monthly service.

LinkingMadeEasy.com – I don’t remember who recommended this to me, but it seems to get good results, they indeed have some nice plans.

Browse forums for such packages and you will find great deals.

The Beasts

These are services that I would really want to get subscribed to. They make all the work for you, you just need to provide them the enssential: keywords and URLs.

LinxBoss

This is really hands off. It’s a $147 per month service. One account gets you 1000 backlinks per month. You can have upto 5 domains. For each domain you can have as many URLs as you want. But keep in mind that you still have amaximum of 1000 links per month. So if you use only one site, you will receive all 1000 links to that one site, if you add 5 sites, you will receive 200 links per month to each.

How it works? Well there are two videos you can watch on their site: check out LinxBoss (the system demo link shows you the user interface and exactly what you’re getting). If you don’t want to read here is a quick version:

  • You add a site (domain)
  • You then add pages you want links to (the domain itself if you want, an internal page, whatever…)
  • For each page you add anchor text: one primary keyword and then secondary keywords. The primary keyword will be used about 50% of the time, the secondary keywords will share the remaining 50%.

That’s it. Really, nothing more. They will create a variety of links for you, they will create content for you that they will distribute with your links. You just see your backlinks grow and your rankings go higher. They have a rank tracking tab that will let you see the movements of your pages for each keyword.

LinxBoss have been online for over 4 years so they are serious, and deliver on what they claim. I forgot to ad, you can pause a linking campaign for any page anytime, change keywords anytime, delete a site and replace it with another one anytime. All the links create are permanent. So if you reach rankings for the keywords you want, you can remove those keywords or sites and replace with others.

If you want to build links to more than 5 sites at once, this is possible too, just get an additional account.

Link Emperor

When I saw the capabilities of this service I was really amazed. Basically, the Link Emperor subscription you pay for it includes subscription to other services. So you only need an account with them to centralize our link building efforts.

They have several plans, $149, $349, $749 and… $2999 per month. YEAH! So I guess if you want to start with them you wil wnat to go with the cheaper plans, but also note that they have a 3 day free trial.

You really MUST see what it does, they also have a video demo at their site here: Link Emperor. It works with credits, each plan gives you a certain amount of link credits that you can then spend in the system. You have the ability to purchase additional credits if you like. The cheapest plan gives you 1,000 links to spend per day.

As I said, the system uses other services from one place, these include: high PR blog comments, forum profiles, linkwheels, social bookmarks, article links, link pyramids, web 2.0 properties, .edu and .gov profiles, link indexing, web directories submission, SE Nuke blasts, Google +1, private blog networks, videos, links from DripFeedBlasts and Dripable (which create comments and forum profiles on a drip fed manner).

And that’s just the beginning since their goal is to integrate any kind of worthwile links creation service in their system. Of course not all links cost the same amount of credits, a social bookmark is less expensive than a full SENuke blast for example.

But they are not just about link building. In fact they are really into ranking, and will help you with other features such as keyword research, tracking, keyword management. This last one is cool, it tells you what keywords you should put more efforts into. Indeed, it not just suggests keywords to use, but also what are the ones that need more boost, so you can create campaigns for it.

This service is really a beast and I just recommend you check it out because it could really be the one you need. For $149 as a starter price, a tons of things can be done. I am not using it, not yet, because I’m currently testing other services but this is surely on my list. Even for small niche websites this will be powerful.

Check out Link Emperor.

That’s the end for now.

I will not talk about XRumer or ScarpeBox as automated backlinks solution as if you use those to automate your links, it’s mostly spam. I use ScrapeBox to find awesome links sources such as high PR blog posts, yeah, even dofollow ones. Got several hundreds of PR4+ and PR5 with low outbound links just yesterday.

Other softwares that may give you principally one link source, as mentioned earlier, are article marketing, social bookmarking, RSS submission softwares, video submission software.

Basically for onle type of link source there is a software that can handle those. I have few ools from IncanSoft, I haven’t checked if they have updated their stuff but most of the ones I own have stopped working properly (ArticleBot never worked for me, SocialBOT, RSSBot, PressBot always had difficulties to go through posting process).

The best article submission software out there is Article Marketing Robot. Over 1200 article directories and you can add as many as you want, the ability to spin content of course and much more. This one piece of software can get you tons of backlinks, you can then simply pick the report and submit your links to get indexed to a service such as LinkClaw, Linklicious or Lindexed.

ScrapeBox – No, It’s Not A Spam Tool

I am a proud owner of ScrapeBox, I bought it when in the first months of its release. An awesome piece of software. A hated spam tool for many (those who don’t use it) or one of the best link finding program of the market. And much more.

Blog Commenting

Yes you can use ScrapeBox for spamming if this is your intention, I can not stop you. This is not how I build links but I know it’s been a little bit promoted as such. Scrape thousands of blogs, enter spun comments and BOOM it goes commenting on all those blogs on autopilot.

Of course, that is certainly not the best way to use it and how I recommend marketing your sites. Though I guess some people get great results like this. I have to admit that I tried that, but there is even a good way to do it. Still, I don’t like spam, and thus there’s so many other ways to use it which are much more powerful.

I’m mentioning it because I’ve seen people complaining about this software, how an abomination it is. Strange stories, an example I’ve seen saying it is ineffective because they saw people selling high PR blogs lists where you can comment, and the post is not high PR, only the domain. Thus this is because the seller used ScrapeBox to only harvest urls and only checking the domains PR. Huh… okay but that’s not ScrapeBox fault if a seller doesn’t deliver. All sort of strange stories of people who don’t use it. I can understand people who get spammed are pissed, guess what: I am too. I get spam too, and I hate that. That doesn’t mean such a tool should not exist.

If you think getting a few high PR backlinks is worth it then, this is exactly one of the reason I use it. And yes there are do follow sites, as well as nofollow ones. I guess that even if you get few PR6 and PR7 nofollow links this would make a difference. If those are dofollow even better.

Especially when those posts have absolutely no outbound links, or amlmost none. I’m serious, I’ve been harvesting tons of URLs, and found a lot that didn’t have a single comment. So even if it’s nofollow, I guess the blog owner will be happy to receive a comment. Of course I comment manually too.

But really you can find a lot of various places to leave a non spammy backlink. Don’t spam, it really sucks. Sure some of your comments will be approved, but there’s more than blogs where you can add your link. USe our brain and you will get ideas.

But if we had to stick to blog comments, the simplest way to get high PR blogs will be to type hundreds of keywords. Then check the PR, remove low ones. Check outbound links.Check if comments are open. Remove those with a certain number of comments. Check dofollow or nofollow. And you’re starting to get a nice list of links.

You can get ScrapeBox for $57 if you search on forums, instead of $97 on the official site. Search for it on Google, you will find it. You just need to learn how to use it properly. I use proxies, only free ones. I test them first and I’m ready to go.

There are also a lot of addons to perform some SEO tasks and analysis. For example you can extract links from a website, internal and external. That means, if you find a high PR blog, you can extract links to get a list of more blog posts. And then check the PR of this new list. Many times when you find a high PR blog post, there are more on the same blog. And if this blog is in your niche and the topic interests you then I don’t see a problem to comment several posts, with a genuine comment. And even if it’s not in your niche. As long as you don’t spam. That’s what I’m doing.

Another great thing about it is that it’s constantly updated. There are updates for the main program as well as all the addons.

Use it for finding great link sources, or reverse engineer what your competitors are doing, and you can implement some terrific SEO strategies then.

Forums Signatures and Thread Links

Just as you can harvest blogs, you can also do the same for forums. You can add your own footprint to search for specific forum platforms with your keywords in your niche. Then, checking PR, dofollow and so on. You may find few foru threads ith PR and not too many links. If you have some knowledge (which should be the case if it’s your niche), you can post a reply, with your link if it’s worthwile and relevant.

Your signature can also be dofollow, so you can edd your link here. Now many forums want that you have a certain minimum number of posts before you can post any link or your signature becomes visible. If that is the case, play the game fairly. Don’t spam, add great contributions and with time people will want to visit your links.

Forum posting can also be outsourced. Just like blog comments. Once you have a list of those, you can simply forward instructions to a commenter or poster which will do it for you. Tell him about non spammy comment, relevant, engaging, constructive comments. Ask for a minimum of words or sentences per comment. As long as you get genuine in your contribution there’s no reason that you get banned.

Use It For Content Ideas

By harvesting URLs in your niche you can find blog posts that you want to comment on, and the topics adressed in these posts may be worth an article on your blog. Your own version of the story after you read few ones. Sometimes, I just see in the list of URLs harvested a title that immediately triggers an article idea.

Also you can scrape in a super targeted way. For example you may not have the idea of the topic. But you may know the keywords you want to include, primary, secondary keywords, LSI terms, etc. Well you can then just harvest pages that contain the words you want, simply. With the right search operators you can make some advanced keyword research that some other marketers would call ninja tricks.

ScrapeBox can also scrape various sources for generating keywords. Search engines of course, with suggestions from those, but also Amazon and other shopping sources. So by just entering few seed keywords, either a product type or a brand you get more related keywords that you can turn into articles for your site after you analyzed those.

 Checking Backlinks

Once you have created an SEO campaign, you generally get a report. You may have outsourced a SENuke Campaign and then received a report wherea backlinkto your site has been posted, but profiles links can be deleted pretty quickly, and maybe some posts didn’t go trough. You can simply load the links and run the backlink checker. By the way you can download this checker for free on the  ScrapeBox site.

You may also simply want to check if the guy really did the job and didn’t gave you a fake report.

Just A Tool

ScrapeBox is a software. Just a tool that YOU use. And you can use it the way you want, with the hat color of your choice. There are many addons to help you automate tedious tasks, from research to analysis, which is difinitely great for SEO. It does what some others don’t and quite frankly at $57 ONE TIME, it would be a shame to not give it a try.

The controversy will go one. Spammers will use it for spam. Others will create their own complex strategy to find great link sources, and much more than just stuff related to link building. Hey there’s even a chess game. Anyway, once you know ow to use it, you will know this is an awesome software, that is also constantly updated.

The Link Juicer Review – My Experience

Hi again, earlier I posted about a blog network I joined few months ago, this is The Link Juicer. And I guess this will serve as a review. So the Link Juicer is certainly not the most popular blog network, but it still does what most do: syndicating content on blogs, and building links to your money site as well as the blogs your content got syndicated.

So this ensure you get your backlinks indexed and give you some great link juice. They even ping every bookmarks and post, create an XML feed and submit it to RSS sites. It shouldgive me great rankings… well, that was the theory.

My The Link Juicer Review

By visiting The Link Juicer, I found it a great deal, because it was supposed to really interesting Web2.0 sites and used great social bookmarking sites as for boosting your backlinks. When you see a picture like the one below (on the Overview page), it is very interesting:

The Link Juicer Review

And that’s just the “what you could get after a few days”, the “what you could get after few weeks” diagram is even more impressive. But I guess I should have read between the line because this overview of how it works and what you can achieve is actually just an “example” and not what is really provided as a service.

At the bottom of the page we can read ” Diagrams are illustrative and non-contractual. The actual sites supported by The Link Juicer may vary from time to time.” Let me tell you, this must have changed a lot, cause you will not get many links from those web 2.0 sites and they really should remove these diagrams and simply say that you will get links from WPMU blogs and only few social bookmarking sites.

The blogs where your content is syndicate don’t have a high PR, if any. Even if I know PR is not only factor to get you rankings, other blog networks have those, andit seems to provide rankings. You don’t get content posted to ay squidoo or hubpage or wordpress.com or blogger. More like WordPress MU blogs.

And the  social bookmarks are only from few sites, maybe 2 or 3. I think I only got some from diigo (mainly), linkagogo and delicious.

Now, I really wanted to like this more than I do. I guess they will tell me that to get better rankings I should have less campaigns running so I could use more posts per day per campaign. Let me explain.

Indeed with your Link Juicer account, you can get upto 50 links per day. You choose how much you want. So if you create 10 campaigns you can choose to have 5 links created per day to each, or more for one campaign and less for another. It’s up to you.

So I created several campaigns, spreading links from 3 to 6 per day. I know you will say it’s maybe not enough but quite frankly after few months this still got me few hundreds of backlinks per campaign. Now, maybe these need to be indexed a little more, but I thought that this is what The Link Juicer would do automatically with social bookmarks, pinging and XML submissions.

I asked to the support why I only get bookmarks from diigo and linkagogo. Well, they answered:

“There were a number of public bookmarking sites. One by one they either bit the dust or changed their interface which broke our code. We plan to review this and add some more. The priority right now is to have a strong base of wordpress blogs and then to go after the bmk sites again.”

I don’t know how strong and when this will be the case but I don’t think I’ve seen an improvement on the network really. No communication about this.

So now, what are the results?

Well, nothing to brag about. Again, maybe it is because I haven’t used enough backlinks per campaign, but after 3 months… And for not so competitive keywords either.

On the 5 campaigns that I really wanted to see improvements in rankings, only one keyword seems to have moved, from 16 to 8. I have to say some of my other keywords were already on page 1. I sometimes saw a bit of movement and then back and stuck to the same positions, or even lower rankings.

Will I stay subscribed?

Well, I really want to try Build My Rank. But first I will let another chance to The Link Juicer, though I already have my idea on who is the most competitive. That’s the last month.

You can receive up to 50 links per day. And each campaign can receive a maximum of 20 links per day. So what I will do is increase the number of links per day to 20 on two campaigns and to 10 on one. This way I’ll get only 3 campaigns running, two at their maximum.

TheLinkJuicer has upgrade options so you can have more links per day to spread on your campaigns. This is still 50 links per day per account, and you can upgrade with 5 accounts increments.

The Link Juicer is $47 per month.

What you get?

  • 50 links per day (1500 a month) automatically built to your site and blog posts linking to your site.
  • The ability to spin content (title, description for bookmarks, tags…)
  • A free 30 day trial.

Should you join?

Why not? It’s certainly worth a try, but I guess you want to go with the settings I tols you earlier. Go for a lower number of campigns and build more backlinks to those every day, just as I explained. There is a 30 days free trial. Posts need to be between 100 and 250 words. So prepare those posts in advance. Spin the content, title and bookmark text used both for your blog posts and the URL you will promote. If you join and don’t have content ready, you will lose a few days of using the service, even if it’s free for the first month.

Join and create 3 of those posts inside the members area and you can see if your 3 campaigns get some good. Click here to join The Link Juicer.

By joining now, and just for trying you can create a campaign that will have 600 links (20 links x 30 days) automatically built, spread between your site and your blog posts in one month. For free. If you don’t see major movements, cancel. Though I admit a site may need more than 30 days to see results, there’s no money back guarantee for the second month (which is a paid one) since you already got the first for free.

Let’s see if results change with these new settings.

I will update on that experiment in a month, well it’s going to be Christmas so maybe a bit later or before if things change.

See you soon.

So What Outsourcing and Automation Can Do For You

My last posts have all been focused around outsourcing and automation. And that one is just a kind of recap of what it can do for you. We have seen that automating your business either with softwares, outsourcing, or outsourcing the use of automation softwares is really:

  • how you can work smarter, not harder
  • how you accelerate your success
  • how you can profit faster
  • how to reinvest in your business for even faster progress
  • how to ACT like a BOSS, managing people instead of being the employee
  • enjoying free time

… and certainly few other things I don’t remember right now but outsourcing and automating your business is the smart way to reach your goals faster.

You made your first $100?

  • Invest these in article writing and submission (can be a software).
  • So now you have more backlinks, better SERPs, thus more traffic, and more money.
  • Rinse and repeat
  • Outsource more tasks more

Remember that “investing” in your business suppose there is a “return on investment”, or ROI. So you need to figure what should be the ROI for the products your promote or sell if you have your own products. Yes, you can outsource product creation for niche markets, have an expert write a little report for you that you will sell for $7, or a bigger product for much more money.

I don’t like to brag about what I do, but my previous post is really full of great free resources to automate your internet marketing and for videos, photos, audios, blogging, micro blogging… you don’t need much more apart from creating the accounts, I mean outsource the accounts creations.

But as for article marketing, if you have some money, this can be a good thing to have some weapons in your arsenal. At least one good submitter.

Article Marketing Robot

This tool is great, everyone who is using it talks about the best article submitter out there. We’re talking pure submission, not spinning or other features, though it includes it. One of the most interesting one is the automated registration and confirmation. You know how it sucks to have to manually sign up to each site and then click on each confirmation link.

Another thing you will like is scheduling article submission. So backlinks are spread over time and it appears more natural.

It also submits to over 1000 directories, kewl! Now I know you think this sounds great but you may want to try before you buy, and that’s exactly what you can do! You can try it for 5 days, now a little downside is that it leaves a link “Submission with Article Marketing Robot” but it’s not a big deal. If you like it, you should buy it, it’s $77, ONE TIME.

It’s been recommended to me by a top article marketer, I may give you my review soon though I know there are already many you can find out there. But if you want me to make a commission for the superb posts I’m publishing these days…

Okay, outsource and automate your business and grow bigger!

Sites To Automate Your Internet Marketing For FREE

This is a follow up of my last post, I’ve been talking of automation and outsourcing recently for a few reasons and because your success may really depend on it. Actually, faster success because you can get more things done in a shorter time frame, or even in the same time frame.

In the last post I told you I’ll provide you with some great resources to automate internet marketing tasks for FREE. That’s right. Let’s start right away.

Sharing online medias, text, links at multiple social networking, web 2.0 sites can bring you some great exposure, so you may want to centralize everything from one place, with the following sites. Of course you need to have an account to the sites they publish to, I’ll give you some resources for that too, but check that out:

Social Marketing

  • PixelPipe – Just amazing, you could pay like $97 or more every month for this kind of service. It publishes your content to video sites, photo sites, blogs, doc sharing sites, audios, file upload sites, and social networks. Just create your account there and you’ll understand how powerful your social marketing campaign can be, and how fast you can do it! There’s about 90 sites supported I think. They have some great tools too to integrate with some of your softwares, like a firefox plugin to upload your medias automatically, or applications for your mobile phone. You must check that site out!
  • Ping.fm – This one is know by many marketers, it will allow you to ping, notify, update status on multiple sites at the same time.
  • HelloTXT – a bit like Ping.fm, HelloTXT defines themselves as a social life organizer and you can get access from web, Iphone, Ipad, Android. From this place you can manage multiple social networks, blogging and microblogging platforms, and even some more.
  • SocialADR – Automating social bookmarking to 19 sites at the moment. But what’s really cool is that you can get your sites bookmarked too by other SocialADR users. There is a paid version, this is a recurring fee for some massive amount of backlinks, and no account creation needed!
  • IMAutomator – A free and paid version. I’m not sure you should go for the pro version as for social bookmarking there are some software that will do it too. But the free version gives you 10 daily submission to 15 bookmarking sites. Also, the account creation to these sites is automated.
  • Tarpipe – The little brother of PixelPipe, though I think they are not directly connected they are doing about same stuff. You should have a look to them too, they’re free!
  • Onlywire – a free and paid version to get social bookmarks, it’s certainly the one that has been out there for the longest time.

Most of these sites make tools available to be easier to use from your desktop, and developpers can certainly play with their API to develop plugins or automation softwares.

Don’t hesitate to join all sites and see how they perform and the one you like the most. Now of course you need to create accounts at various web 2.0 sites these web tools posts and publish content to. Well, I don’t have a free solution for you, but you can outsource some cheap account creations.

I’ve found 2 services at WickedFire and the guys seem to have good reviews. I’m going to try them:

  • BestWorks001 thread – accounts for Ping.fm and PixelPipe supported sites.
  • SeoWorks09 thread – accounts for PixelPipe, Ping.fm, SocialADR, HelloTXT, Onlywire supported sites.

With the resources above you can have social bookmarking, videos, photos, audios, links, tweets, documents, blog posts… a bit everywhere online and that’s a lot of exposure, backlinks you can create once you set up accounts.

Now another source of backlinks that you certainly like is, drum roll…

Article Marketing

A free article submission software? Here is Article Submission Helper. It submits to 126 article directories, may not include all the ones you want but hey, that’s still some nice backlinking possibilities.

An article writing, rewriting, spinning and blending software? Check Article Tool Chest, it does stuff a paid tool would do and even more. You can customize many things to your likes and you will find it very useful I’m sure.

Did you like this post?

Tell me what you think, and share with everyone if you have some free stuff that can accelerate your success. I may need to update this post then,  I will search for more resources. I also want to discuss with you about some very low priced services. Of course I want to test them first and see how it goes, but I can tell you I already have found some very promising ;)

In the meantime, have a great time whatever you do.

Make Outsourcing One Of Your Daily Goal!

That title is a little funny, make outsourcing one of your daily goal. If you outsource you’re not really working yourself, someone else will, and will help you achieve goals for you. But actually what I mean is that outsourcing should really be a goal that you set every day, if you don’t have that habit.

So everyday, it would be great if you start selecting tasks to give to someone. With clear instructions and the right person, you can have little plans here and there and when you start seeing how powerful it is and how much of free time you get back, you will want to outsource even more.

This is all about getting the BOSS mindset. You run an online business, right? You are the boss, the guy who manages the stuff not the guy who does every task. Be the guy at the top of your company who decide who does what, for how much money and time.

So as any goal it needs to be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time-oriented. That should be taken into account for your instructions to the writer, but also if the outsourcer clearly states how he works, his turnaround time it should fit your plan.

So what I suggest you is to decide on a project and on a budget.

  • How much of the work can you have done for the money you have?
  • What tasks do you want to outsource?

If you want to outsource article writing, I’ve written a little post about 3 places I’ve used to have articles for cheap. You pay per article, and can customize your order (number of words, quality). Of course you can find someone to write per the hour, or work day, for any task.

You may want to go visit some freelance jobs websites, or internet marketing forums and look for offers, so you can see what are the average costs and see if the service provider got reviews. You can also post a job yourself, asking for help.

Now there are tons of things that are super boring to do, or that you really don’t like to do. Like account creation, that sucks. Really, it sucks your time too.I don’t like to do that, of course when I first started I did this myself, then there are either softwares that can do it for you or you can outsource this.

So you may decide that you want to have account created at top article directories, social bookmarking sites, video sites, etc.

That may be your first outsourcing project. Then your second will be to have the content created, the third to have it submitted. You may find all in one solutions, outsourced or software automated.

So as an example here’s something you could get for $100

  • Accounts created to 80 web 2.0 sites : $20
  • 20 articles, 300 words each : $60
  • Articles submitted to top article directories: $20 (or less depending on how many articles you want to submit)

That’s a little plan and I will expand on it later with some AWESOME resources you don’t know. Well actually you may know some. These will be about automating some tasks, for FREE!

Now there is another place where you can get cheap marketing and advertising for just $5, and that’s Fiverr. You certainly have heard about it, just go there, check the video, social marketing, advertising categories to see what people can do for your business for only $5.

Your website advertised to 50,000 followers on twitter, there is someone who can do that. A video testimonial for your product or website, no problem. Have 5000 facebook users to be invited to your fan page, just $5. Or you can ask post what you want done for that price, some people are asking for one, or even two articles.

Okay, have a great time whatever you do.

Outsourcing, This Is The Work Smarter They Talk About

You certainly have heard the expression “Work smarter, not harder“, and often this is about outsourcing. They (internet marketers) are genuinely meaning it. Outsourcing is really working smarter, and you already know most of the benefits of it.

Outsourcing allows you to leverage other people work and TIME. You can not do everything yourself. Well, you can, but not at the same time. You can’t write article and at the same time, make a video, create backlinks, design a website all at the same time. Multi-tasking is very counter productive and is the ennemy of focus.

If you have automation tools then great, it’s a very nice help, I use them and it’s truly the other way to get more done in less time.

Automation + Outsourcing= Super Lazy Way To Work Smarter.

But here’s how to go to the ultimate outsourcing solution.

You outsource articles (work done by a writer) and submit the articles with a software (automation, done from your computer)

or…

You outsource articles and the submission. If you give an article submission software to your writer then he can do some more job

Outsource the automation… That’s really lazy, and certainly something you should think about. Of course you may have to purchase the software license for your assistant but it’s certainly worth YOUR TIME. This program is going to work for you for all your projects.

Now of course some freelancers already have their softwares and post their services with everything you need so you may not  to purchases license, it is valid though if you train your assistant and want him/her to use specific tools.

If you know the 20/80 rule (or 80/20?), you fully understand that outsourcing can bring you so much better results than if you try to do everything yourself. It may even become a 10/90 principle for some.

So create systems. Systems that can run by themselves and are result oriented.

  • Visualize your goal, the end reslt, and now, what are the steps to achieve it.
  • Can these steps be explained with clear instructions? Certainly, so your assistant now has a plan.
  • Can these steps, at least some, be automated too? Definitely.

If you build a team of great workers, experts in their fields, you will work smarter with smart people who know how to also work smarter and faster with great tools.

If you’re just starting on outsourcing then, you can start with some little projects and you will see the power of leveraging other people’s work, and time.

Decide on a taks that you do most of the time and that you don’t particularly enjoy, or that takes your time thus preventing you from doing other important stuff, some you actually enjoy.

It can be content creation, or account creation, backlink building. How much of your time would this take you? More importantly, how much is worth your time?

An example would be $50 an hour. Do you really earn that amount of money when you’re writing content yourself? Especially if this is not something you enjoy. This can take you a lot of time. While professional writers can spit out  5 basic articles an hour, or 2 exceptional quality ones.

WP Easy Content Plugin – Unique Content Sites In Minutes

Hey everyone, hope you’re having a great week end. I guess some of you ware celebrating Halloween early too. Few days ago, I blogged about a optimizing duplicate content for autoblogging purposes with a plugin called WP Easy Content by Oz. The plugin helps you create more unique content sites from articles you can republish, quickly.

I told you I would buy it and give you my first results, so I bought it. Though it may actually be too early to provide some real results the plugin does the job very well.

So as a reminder, Oz made a test of adding unique content around an article you republish. So you add one, two or three paragraphs before and after an article and it becomes more unique. It doens’t break any TOS since you keep the article intact, and Google will see your version is optimized compared to all the other versions distributed on every other article directories.

WP Easy Content allows you to do this automatically in minutes. You can specify keywords for each article, and create text blocks (your unique paragraphs) that will surround the articles. You can also choose to have randomly selected text blocks so at any visit your content is changing (not the article republished), and it seems your page content is always changing.

Well there are few twists to this method that I can’t reveal here, however you can already test this for yourself. Do this process manually and you can already create full sites with republished content that you repotimize with a bit of unique content in 2 or 3 hours. Oz call the articles you republish “Freemium Content”, because it’s free premium content.

Now I’m sure I’ll get results from this plugin and will have more to share about it. I may even give you the site I applied this too but I’m doing some more test .

But if you want the plugin and make it work, you have to get it now. The first time I mentioned this plugin I told you the price will increase to $67 or $97 on November 1st. And it will! Mostly because there’s going to be a version 2.0 release that will give even more power to this method, and more automation too. The upgrade will be free, so get your version 1.0 now and save.

Check WP Easy Content.

P.S: If you want to see first what kind of stuff Oz releases online, you may check his RAMOS report for only $2 (an affiliate marketing game changer, no joke), or download his free SEOn Trial report (SEO case study, ranking with no content).

Blog Blueprint – Will You Really Make Money Autoblogging?

So in my previous post I told you I would say what I think of Blog BluePrint. Another autoblogging training, another autoblog plugin? Basically yes, and no. Yes there is training and plugins, no because there’s more than just that.

This is not a review because other systems are currently in my sight, this is my opinion of what I feel about this and what I know from the stuff the creators (Jason Potash and Jason Katzenback) are used to release. They actually have launched few automation services and software that work well and their members truly like what they do. I am, so I can tell you what I think Blog Blueprint is about, and if it is worth your money.

Here’s what included:

  • Auto Blog Buddy

I put this at the top of the list because I think this is the critical part of the system. This is the actual plugin that will publish content automatically to your blog. And the content is not crap, it’s humanly reviewed.

Here’s what I think. I already autoblogged with one of their service: Syndicate Kahuna. They have a database of writers (paid subscribers) who send articles to the system. As a website owner (free, but now closed) I add my website to the system and then needed to upload a little file to my ftp server and then start receiving articles to my blog. It wasn’t really a WordPress plugin as I didn’t have to upload it in the plugin folder but the root folder.

It may have changed now and you’ll get a better WordPress plugin that does more than just publishing articles, videos too and probably more than that.

  • Auto Blog Installer

Setting up an autoblog is not hard, and it’s quite fast. So why not install more? This tool allows you to install multiple blogs at a time and in few clicks. Like a mass installer. This installs blogs in minutes with premium themes and plugins all configured for better SEO. Not just the blogs and then you have to upload all your plugins to all your blogs. Everything set up in minutes . Cool.

  • Keyword Corral Pro

There is a Keyword Corral free version that you can get so you can already see what it does. I’ve used it and it’s good. This is a keyword research that will tell you what are the best keywords to go after. When I say best I mean keywords that make money. Low competition with traffic and big profits.

  • Web Page Analyzer

This is a very interesting addon to the system. This analyzer is like an SEO analyst and will tell you how you can better optimize your content scanning your page elements and comparing to the competition. Nice to see this included as I know other similar tools that cost more than the whole package.

  • Content Spinner

I guess you know all what a content spinner is. This one is going to spin your content for more uniqueness. If you have tons of PLR articles that you would like spin and then add to your autoblogs then that’s a quick solution to do it.

  • Blog Blueprint Training

Well nothing particular to say about that. This is going to walk you through the process of setting up autoblogs and have them make you money.

Fast Action Bonuses

Well I don’t know if they say these are fast action bonuses to use some sense of urgency before these addons disappear but they’re worth it too.

  • Ping.FM accounts creator and Social Linker

These two tools will automatically create backlinks for you on social media and network sites. Ping.fm is a free site you can already use to update all your social networks status in one place. But if you have multiple blogs in multiple niches you will need more accounts created, so the account creator will save ou some precious time. Automation is always cool.

The social linker will backlink your posts to social sites, but they have built this so it is not spammy and everything looks natural. That’s a great feature to not have your blogs or accounts banned on these sites, and it save you the hassle of building links manually.

So what do I think about it? Is it worth the money?

Considering the number of plugins that cost way more than Blog BluePrint ($67) and training out there that promises you to make money automatically with super underground software which actually suck, the two Jasons (Potash and Katzenback) tell you exactly what you get and there’s not too much hype on their sales page.

Blog Blueprint include the training, the plugins to set up autoblogs, but also the softwares to optimize your blogs, get more “money traffic” and above all automatic marketing. There is true automation in this system and for the price this is really an option you should look at.

I definitely think that this system will make you money because you will have blogs that look great and not crappy sites a 2 year old have designed. You will have blogs that have monetization in mind and they receive traffic too. And they’re built and configured automatically. So I’d say yes, it is worth the money.

Check out Blog BluePrint
