I didn’t know this stat, but it’s actually not hard to understand : Mobile messages get a 97% open rate… That kills email marketing for sure. This is still quite new and you could well take advantage of this for 2010.
If you think about it, almost everyone nowadays is connected on the internet and has an email address. But that’s true for mobile phones too!
